Emergency Prescriptions

This is a prototype developed by a team within NHS England's Digital Urgent and Emergency Care directorate who are working to solve the following problems:

  • Reduce the number of avoidable emergency prescription referrals from 111 online.
  • Prevent intentional and unintentional overuse of emergency prescription referrals.

Version 5

In this version has iterated content within the guidance and we add the content for registering with a GP to the confirmation page.

Added in the third person flow and associated iterated content.

In this version has iterated the pattern used for the dynamic guidance pages.

In this version has iterated content design for the dynamic guidance information.

Version 2

In this version we explore providing additional content based on the answers the user provides about why they need an Emergency Prescription.

Iteration based on feedback from the design crit. Changing dynamic content to be presented in the middle of the flow rather than appended to the confirmation page.
